With 12+ years of experience, 300+ completed projects, and 500+ satisfied clients across Dubai, we deliver partitions in residential, office, retail, & hospitality areas with premium materials, precision engineering, and our decades-long trust across the UAE.
In corporate spaces such as DIFC and Business Bay, we’ve installed glass sliding walls and partitions that maximize natural light, create sound-insulated meeting rooms, and align with LEED-certified workplace standards. For luxury villas in Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah, we’ve designed wooden and gypsum partitions that provide privacy, fire resistance, and a premium finish to complement high-end interiors. Our retail work in Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates uses glass partitions to showcase products with security and visibility, while in hospitality, wooden slatted partitions with acoustic treatments enhance ambiance and dining experiences.

Can I install a partition without violating Dubai Municipality or Civil Defense rules?
Yes. If done properly. The majority of partitions (wood, gypsum, or glass) that alter the layout of the room require the permission of Dubai Municipality and even Civil Defense regarding the safety and ventilation. We do all the approvals and checkups to ensure that you are safe and in compliance.
How much does a glass partition cost per square meter in Dubai, and what affects that price?
The prices vary based on the type of glass, the style of the frame, the size, the height and additional options such as sliding doors or soundproofing. Basic glass partitions typically begin at AED 200500/m 2 as a guide with higher prices on the finishes of high quality. We give custom quotes once we have conducted your site survey.
Is a gypsum partition wall good for sound insulation and fire safety?
Yes. Gypsum boards are incombustible and usually have high resistance to fire particularly in case of fire-rated boards. They also offer good sound damping and this is excellent when you require privacy of rooms, cabins, meeting rooms.
Will a partition wall ruin the natural light or make the space feel smaller?
Not if you choose the right design. Glass partitions, wooden slats or open screens keep spaces bright and open and even gypsum walls can be designed with clever layouts and light finishes so as to avoid the feeling of being boxed.
How long does installation take, and how disruptive will it be?
Depending on the material and the size of the project, installation of a partition wall can take as little as a day (standard gypsum wall), as much as 2-3 days plus finishing (glass or custom wooden wall), or as many days as a larger, more complicated design (sliding wall, hybrid wall, etc.).
